• If you were a crayon, what would you be? A partial purple, well-used, half the paper torn off.
• How is the weather now? Clearing up, and heading for a partly sunny week after the hounds of hell pissed down on Seattle for weeks and weeks!
• Favorite drink? Just plain water. Yummy stuff.
• Favorite sport? Doing: cycling or dance. Watching: the beautiful game for sure—and only partly for the obvious superficial reasons.
• Do you wear contacts? No---green/aqua glasses frames, though.
• Favorite month? September---Seattle’s most fabulous weather.
• What was the last movie you saw? Wallace and Gromit.
• What was your favorite toy as a child? Pick-up sticks (I’m easily amused).
• What did you do last night? Watched the eight millionth variant of Law & Order with my spouse, started my first Dave Robichaux book, and fidgeted restlessly knowing that I was finally going to buy a Bianchi Eros Donna today.
• How many states have you lived in? 3—New York, Michigan, and Washington. Cities? 6--Buffalo, Albany, New Paltz, Ithaca, Ann Arbor, Seattle.
• Favorite Disney character? Si and Am. Too true to life.
• What are you most afraid of? Now that Jim’s mentioned the roaches with thumbs and attitudes, I expect to be having nightmares about them real soon. B.J: scorpions, until we met one in a cliff face while we were rock-hunting in central Oregon a few years ago, and it was clear that all he wanted was to be left alone to finish his nap. Seemed like a reasonable approach to life.

• What colour pants are you wearing? I'm wearing a dress, but I will admit to having pants beneath it. They are grey, feature pictures of the eiffel tower, and read, "I see London, I see France."

• What was the last thing you ate? Vegan chocolate chip cookie dough gelato. I made it m'self!

• How is the weather now? Peculiarly sunny.

2. What colour pants are you wearing? They're some kind of off-color khaki, Old Navy cargo pants. Olive, perhaps?
3. What are you listening to right now? Nothing. However, iTunes and a(n) Konfabulator album-info widget are currently dealing with The White Album on mute.
4. What was the last thing you ate? Vegetarian lettuce wraps, last night.
5. If you were a crayon, what would you be? French. (Sorry. Navy blue, well-worn.)
6. How is the weather now? It looks sunny and lovely thru the angled blinds but I haven't been out yet to see for myself.
7. Favorite drink? Milk.
8. Favorite sport? Baseball. (Any form of Pool/billiards, if 'game' is included in 'sport'.)
9. Do you wear contacts? Absotively not. Whenever anything gets too close to my eyes, they lock shut like Europe in lunchtime.
10. Favorite month? Dunno. I've always liked January for its winterness, but I get a big bang out of December's holidayness (which seems weird for a non-believer). One of those.
11. What was the last movie you saw? Something New, last night.
12. What was your favorite toy as a child? My attention span lasts, maybe, 20 minutes. I had no favorite toy - or perhaps tons of them. GI Joes and Hot Wheels, tho, gave me lots of fun.
13. What did you do last night? Watched the Super Bowl, then went to a movie.
14. How many states have you lived in? Cities? 3 states: Nebraska, Texas, Oregon. 4 cities: Omaha, Houston, Corvallis, Portland. In those orders.

4. What was the last thing you ate? Cinnamon raisin mini bagel; and it was about as good as it sounds
