I wanted to check my subscription information on a service I use and received an error. It's obviously a server-side problem, so I wrote customer support:
While trying to access my account details at https://.../your_account_details.asp:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'
Line 1: Incorrect syntax near '='.
/your_account_details.asp, line 124
The response was interesting...
Dear Customer:I couldn't let this one go unnoticed.
Thanks for your email. Unfortunately the problem is one on your end. Perhaps your screen pixel levels are not high enough to support the web graphics on our webpage. Try clicking the refresh button in your browser options bar. You may also try to click on the print friendly option on the right side of the page.
Thanks again for contacting [us].

Hah, screen pixel levels? This sounds like the beginning of the Dead Parrot Sketch.Fortunately, this person was a good sport and got the references.
I have two screens, one set at 1600x1200 and the other 1400x1050 -- there're plenty of pixels -- 3,389,999 of them. (One's stuck permanently on green. ) Before you blame Internet Explorer -- and it's perfectly plausible -- I'm using FireFox. The site is most definitely broken.
Perhaps you would need the services of my north Chilean guanacos?
Okay, you're right... it was a typo. (Mynd you, møøse bites Kan be pretty nasti.)
